Kenneth J. Bradley, BA, MD, FRCS(C), MMM, founder and president of Surgical Management Consultants, has had over twenty five years of surgical experience as a general surgeon that included orthopedics, vascular, thoracic, and gynecology as well as most aspects of minimal invasive surgery. He is a member of the American College of Physician Executives (ACPE), and has his Master of Medical Management (MMM) degree from Tulane University. Over the years he has served as Chief of Surgery, Chief of Staff, and President of the Medical staff. He has directed, as president of a medical corporation, the construction and function of several medical clinics and buildings.
His awareness of the severe dysfunctionality of many surgical departments and facilities, especially in the small to midsize facilities, has led him to set up a consulting organization with access to a wide range of experienced personnel. These professionals bring together a vast accumulation of knowledge and insight that cannot be singularly experienced and as a result Surgical Management Consultants can offer a maximal potential for a problem solution.
Surgical Management Consultants prefers to limit their involvement to small and midsize facilities, where the experience of most of their associates has been honed over the last twenty to thirty years. Thus directions or solutions are not academically based, but based on years of personal experience solving problems similar to those being encountered by these institutions.
